Sprout - Ep 11

Miku gets worried after hearing Souhei's conversation with his mom about him moving out. Souhei tells her that his mom only wants him to return home. As for the moving out part, he will have to think about it.

Later that evening, Souhei meets with Hayato to tell him about the break up between him and Miyuki. Souhei tells him that he doesn't believe in long lasting love relationships after seeing his parents get divorced. He thought that he would be different from them. But he doesn't believe in himself either. He also mentions about his mother asking him to return home. He has been doing a lot of thinking after the break up with Miyuki. He admits that he has been running away from reality. But he wants to face reality more.

At school, Souhei meets up with the manger, Haruka who wants to talk him after hearing about the break up. She tells him that she can't stand watching him act as if nothing has happened. He responds to her by saying that it's easier for him to act this way. He reassures her that he is fine. But at that moment, she kisses him and confesses that she like him. Souhei gets up and apologizes to her and walks off.

Miku's mom breaks the news to her that Souhei will be moving out of their house next week, during summer break. But Miku is surprised by this news and she did not expect that he will be moving out so soon.

The next day, Miku talks to Hayato about planning to end their relationship. Hayato understands and sees  this coming because he can tell by looking at her face. She tells him that everything that they have done together such as dating, and holding hands, it was her first time doing all of these things with him. And, she's glad that her first time was with him.

The whole household is gathered for lunch or dinner and having a little farewell celebration for Souhei. He tells them that the real reason why he wanted to board at their place, other than it's easier for him to commute to school from here, was so he could run away. After his parents divorce, he's mother has become intense and living with her felt very suffocating for him. He hoped to stay in this house forever. However, after hearing his mother's sad voice on the phone, he felt very bad. So, he wants to face his problems properly and grow up some more.

At night, Miku gets her last chance to talk to Souhei. But she also does not want him to leave. She borrows Souhei's arm to cry on. In the end, Miku notes that the summer with Souhei is now over.

Thoughts: I feel sorry for Hayato. He really needs a hug. In the end, he will be alone and won't end up with anyone. "sign"

 I will miss this pairing

But I almost forgot about the fated person situation. In the finale, we will see who helped Miku from Episode 1. Although, after watching last episode's preview, I can pretty much guess who it is.

The final episode takes place one year later, after Souhei leaves. And, Hayato just punched Souhei in the face! What's going on here?! But it looks like in the end, Miku and Souhei will be together. What is up with these previews!? They show way too much spoilers for their upcoming episodes. It just ruins the fun.
